Package:
Usually one 20ft container can load 1250 cartons, 25 MT. If the
shipping line agrees, it can be loaded into 1350 cartons, 27 MT.
One MT is about 0.6 CBM, one carton is 20kg.
Usually the package is following:
Size: 2.5mm*300mm,
package: 2.5 kg/inner box, 8 boxes/ carton=20kg,
Size: 3.2mm*350mm,
package: 5.0 kg/inner box, 4 boxes/ carton=20kg,
Size: 4.0mm*400mm,
package:5.0 kg/inner box, 4 boxes/ carton=20kg.
Inner box is a shrink-wrapped cardboard box.
Moreover, we can do it on pallets as client’s request: 1MT/Pallet
or 2MT/ Pallet.
Attention:
1 Generally welding electrodes don't need bake before welding.
2 If damped, the electrode should be baked for 0.5-1.0 hour at the
temperature of 150-170 ℃ before welding.
